  • WHAT IS A BREATHWORK CLASS?

    Is a conscious class where I’ll guide you in each step to apply some breathing patterns and teach you to use your respiratory muscles in a certain way. You will experience how with just a few minutes daily or in a specific circumstance you can change the way you feel to a better and enhanced state, by breathing. It’s also a collective work in a group setting, where you will control your own breathing with my guidance and feel supported by the community.

    IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?

    Yes! No previous experience needed and you have a lung capacity to explore. You will practice breathing exercises seated or lying down in the comfort of your home and will learn practical tools and techniques, and when to apply these breathing exercises in your daily life.

    Relieve stress right away. Feel the benefits of wellbeing with the control of your own breath and being able to stimulate or calm your nervous system, just by breathing a certain way.

  • BREATHING TESTS

    Get to know a little bit about your breathing abilities and tendencies with a couple of easy guided tests that I will teach you.

  • BREATHING TECHNIQUES: ENERGY & REST

    Learn to tap on your nervous system and give yourself energy or calm yourself down with a series of breathing exercises that we will practice together. in a guided, safe environment. There is a method to it, and you will learn it.

  • HANDOUT FOR YOU

    I´ll send you a handout of the exercises we have practiced together so you can keep using them in your daily life, and keep on practicing for your wellbeing.
